Hello beautiful, my name is Sumeyra but my friends have called me Sumo for as long as I can remember. Lashing for me started out as a fun hobby to escape from my nursing job, but it quickly became my full time job because I loved the connections I built with all my clients so much. I’m passionate about making people feel good about themselves, so my fun “new hobby” has turned into what Sumolash is today – a space that promotes empowerment and compassion through the artistry of lashing. I’ve been a lash artist for 4 years now as well as a nurse for 8 years. Spending time with me for a lash appointment will feel like “lash therapy” with a close girlfriend. When I’m not at the studio you can find me at a cute coffee shop sipping on an iced vanilla latte.

Hello, I’m Kaitlyn! Lashes have always held a special place in my heart, not only for the way they transform one’s appearance but also for the confidence and empowerment they can bring. It’s remarkable how lashes can complete a makeup look and boost someone’s self-esteem. This sense of empowerment and the opportunity to help clients feel comfortable in their own skin motivated me to further explore the world of lash artistry. Recently, my husband and I took a significant step by moving to Alberta to start our family and better our future. The beauty of lash extensions goes beyond aesthetics. It’s about forming connections with my clients, and in many cases, building friendships. Listening to their stories and getting to know the unique individuals they are has been an unexpected but cherished part of my profession. Outside of my beauty work, I cherish spending time with my family, enjoying game nights, and cuddling with our four beloved pets. My great grandmother instilled a passion for culinary adventures in me. Cooking and baking have become my creative outlets, allowing me to experiment with flavours and techniques, much like she did.

Hello! My name is Cindy. I’ve been a lash artist since 2020. I believe that lashing is an art. Every set is made to tailor your natural features and every fan is places with precision. Lashing is my creative outlet. Coming to the studio and meeting you guys everyday is a privilege that makes me feel empowered. I’ve chosen this profession because I truly love the craft and making others feel confident through both the lashes and the conversation ( eyelash therapy ). If i’m not lashing, you can find me in the kitchen, at the gym or pretending to read when I’m actually listening to the audiobook. Thank you for giving me a reason to love what I do.

We may accept walk-ins based on our availability. However, we recommend booking your appointment in advance.
For a full set: 2 to 2.5 hours
For a refill: 60 to 90 minutes.
We call it “lash meditation.” You lie back, close your eyes, and emerge looking like a richer, better-rested version of yourself. (And honestly, who doesn’t want that?)
Because you’re not shopping for discount confidence. Sumolash isn’t the cheapest—and we wear that like a badge of honour. You’re paying for expertise, hygiene, style, and the kind of precision that makes strangers stare (in a good way). If you want lashes that whisper elegance instead of scream “glue,” you’re in the right chair.
Classic. Volume. Hybrid. Wet set. Mega volume. It’s a menu, not a maze. Your lash artist will ask the right questions, size up your vibe, and suggest a look that flatters your eyes, face shape, and lifestyle. You’ll leave feeling like you, only with more… main character energy.
Only if you get them done in a dimly lit basement by someone with a glue gun. At Sumolash, we use medical-grade adhesive and precision so refined it borders on witchcraft. Your natural lashes are protected, pampered, and practically applauding the whole time.
No chewing gum and try to avoid caffeine before your appointment. This prevents your eyes from fluttering during your lash application process.
Life happens. We get it. But lashes don’t apply themselves. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and no one wants that awkward conversation.
Do not get your lashes wet within 24 hours of your appointment to improve lash retention and give the glue time to fully bond to your lashes. Avoid using oil-based makeup remover as oil does affect the glue. Brush your lashes daily with the wand provided.
